Tình cờ một người bạn ở công ty hỏi có biết bài hát trong vở kịch Mong Chờ (do Quang Minh và Hồng Đào) đóng hay không, lúc đó mình cũng cảm thấy bài này giai điệu rất hay, nhưng thú thật mình chưa xem vở kịch này bao giờ nên trả lởi là không biết. Rồi bạn mình gửi cho mình xem, thì mới thấy vở kịch hết sức cảm động. Vở kịch nói về 2 ông bà có 2 người con trai đi lính chỉ vì muốn được làm chính mình chứ không muốn núp vào cái bóng quá lớn của cha mẹ, dù rất thương ông bà đơn chiếc, nhưng vì muốn được thể hiện vai trò của mình một cách rõ ràng nên quyết định ra đi.


Bà mẹ thì hiểu được lòng con nên phần nào người con của bà cũng thanh thản, nhưng con của người đàn ông kia đã không được cha mình thông cảm và hiểu nên cứ nghĩ đứa con ra đi mục đích cũng chỉ để trốn nợ đời (là mấy cô bồ và 1 chồng hóa đơn), nhưng người con vẫn quyết định ra đi không hẹn ngày về,... Sau 2 năm ra đi, nỗi nhớ cũng dâng trào, 2 người con quay về thăm cha mẹ của mình mà niềm vui không thể tả.

Trong vở kịch có sử dụng bài hát God Bless The U.S.A cũng nói về tâm sự của một người Mỹ cảm tạ những người lính đã hy sinh vì nước Mỹ, xin trích giới thiệu đến các bạn.

1).Inside Sales (IS) Representatives are responsible for achieving sales targets for Bamboo Solutions’ family of software products and services that enhance Microsoft SharePoint. IS representatives have territory assignments that include target lists of trial buyers and/or existing customer accounts, with expectations of proactively identifying new sales opportunities, explaining the specific business value, and closing sales. How to create web Application in SharePoint 2010

Everyone knows that if you want to create a new Web Application, you will go to Adminitration Management, and address to Create Web Application. That's it for SharePoint 2007/2003. But now, if you are using SharePoint 2010, you have to find out it unless continue using Central Admin and install webpart on that. :D

Don't be lazy, let take around the page and think about any good thing or make you feel curiously. Ah ha... SharePoint 2010 is compatible with Office 14. The menu is nearly the same. Look at this:

Operations of Central Administration in SharePoint 2010

If you are acquainted with Central Administration in SharePoint 2003/2007, you will be supprised very much about Central Administration in SharePoint 2010. The most differrent thing is the interface, you will not find out the way to go to somewhere in which you were used to do before. Everything has completed different. For example, if you want to Manage the timer job, you will click on Operation, then click on Manage Job Difinitions in SharePoint 2007/2003 and you will go to Monitoring then click on Review Job Definitions in SharePoint 2010. They are the same.

And now, for developer, how to install the feature into opertations tab (for example that is a feature belongs to timer job group) in SharePoint 2010? One thing you should think of that is the hierarchy of Central Admin, as a figure below:




You are noticed with the red borders, their name are the name of group or called groupid in element.xml file feature difinition. And the picture as below will show you how to put the location in description file:

If you defined GroupID="GlobalConfiguration" and Location="Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.Operations" in element.xml, then now you must change them to GroupID="TimeJobs" and Location="Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.Monitoring". After installed, you will see the link bellow Timer Jobs group and in Monitoring Tab.

Other location is the same as way. However, the feature you are using for SharePoint 2007/2003 you should redefine the stylesheet, placeholder and breadcrumb. The navigation on the top will be changed, otherwirse the link will be wrong eventhough no error happens.

Accident !

2 days ago, I got an accident while I was driving on the way to go to my friend's house. I was taking the case of computer. I was afraid of it would break down because I could not handle anything when I failed.

Many people, who are my close friends, called me to ask s.t about an accident. But I didn't want to share anything because that is not meaning with me. It's not serious, I only got 3 hurts on my knees and hands with a little scratched. I have a friend, who is working in Cho Ray Hospital. He cared of me everything, hihihihi thanks ku.

Now I want to thank for all things to everybody. Dont make a call to me anymore because I am doing well now.

My computer is available and online in our company LAN Networking. Now, how can I publish to internet? Notice that I am using static IP address.

Nobody gets me!

Hi there, I will be died if I could not resolve a bug. I asked many people who are working as networking prefessional but the answer is always "Po tai". That's really matter!

1. I have my own windows service which must be run follow domain account. I created an account on my domain and joined my computer into that domain. I used that account to login to the system. Then installed my service and set it up following domain account let it's able to access the networking resources. Here, everything works fine. My service is running smoothly by manually.

But I did not want to run by manually, thereby I've changed to automatically method.

2. Then, I restart my server (my computer). I actually did not logon. The popup windows ask me to login on still on there but I got an error like: "Windows can not determine the user or the computer name. (Access is denied.). Group policy processing aborted." Some details in Event Viewer tell me that the number of error is 1053 by Userevt source.

I send this error to my friend who are working as Networking Manager but nobody got me and I still was not convinced.

Who can help me? The promotion for whom can solve this problem is my big hug and kiss. Ha ha ha...

1. Máy tui join domain và sử dụng account a\a để log in vào, em a\a đã được add vào Administrators Group, nên yên tâm là em nó có toàn quyền trên cái máy này.

2. Tui có 1 em service muốn em nó chạy tự động mỗi khi khởi động máy, nên tui set cho em nó là Automatic. Tuy nhiên, ai cũng biết, cái em service này nếu chạy bằng Local System Account thì em nó chạy dưới quyền bét nhứt. Nhưng cái em service của tui, em nó phải chạy bằng cái quyền của account domain, nên tui set lại cho em nó bằng account domain. Nhập pass cho em nó đàng hoàng.

Thế mà khi khởi động lại máy, em nó la làng lên là hok start được cái em service này.

3. Tui vô Event Viewer, ẻm ghi thế này "Windows cannot determine the user or the compter name. (Access is denied.). Group Policy processing aborted". Thiệt là tức cành hok.

Câu hỏi:

- Mần răng để mỗi khi restart lại máy em service nó chạy được (chỉ cần nhấn nút mở máy hặc restart thui nha, hok cần log in vô) ?

Nói trước để mất công hỏi, máy đang join domain và hoạt động rất good. Account này chỉ dùng để login và add trong Administrators Group ròi, ngoài ra, hok sd em nó ở bất cứ nơi đâu. Nói trước chứ ko thôi hỏi tui nữa.

Sáng ngày thứ 2của tour du lịch Nữu Ước, chúng tôi đi từ Alantic City và tiến thẳng về thành phố kinh tế bật nhất thế giới mất 3 giờ vì kẹt xe liên tục. Chúng tôi trễ một chuyến tàu tham quan toàn cảnh vào lúc 1h30 và buộc chúng tôi phải theo chuyến 3h30.

Vào các đường phố Nữu ước mới thấy sự hoành tráng và hối hả của người dân nơi đây. Đa số là các Building office, nhà ở thì rất ra trung tâm thành phố, và đặc biệt tất cả các cơ sở sản xuất kinh doanh đều nằm ở rất xa trung tâm.

Chúng tôi đi dọc theo các con đường làm nên lịch sử kinh tế thế giới, phố Wall, broadway...đi ngang qua American Stock Exchange và New York Stock Exchange. Ghé tham quan chỗ 2 toà nhà tháp đôi WTC một thời lừng lẫy, nay chỉ còn 2 cái hố thật sâu. Họ đang thi công 1 điểm Metro dưới chân 2 toàn tháp này và đang xây dựng lại 2 toà tháp khác cũng tại vị trí này.

Nữu ước là tiểu bang có rất nhiều đảo và bán đảo, từ đất liền ra đến trung tâm thành phố Nữu Ước phải qua Lincoln Tunnel hoặc đi tàu ra. vào giờ cao điểm, giao thông tại đây không khác gì ở sài gòn, cũng xọ bồ lộn xộn, chẳng ai quan tâm tới đèn giao thông. Dòng người cứ tấp nập và hối hả.

Theo chuyến tàu 3h30, chúng tôi đi dọc theo dòng sông lịch sử, có thể gọi như thế vì tại đây, đã có 1 lần phi công cho đáp chuyến bay xuống dòng sông này 1 cách an toàn. Từ dưới dòng sông nhìn toàn cảnh Nữu Ước, thật hoành tráng và đẹp đẽ.

Chị nữ thần tự do đứng hiên ngang tại 1 đảo bé xíu, chị ấy nhìn về hướng trung tâm TP Nữu ước. Trông chị ấy cũng uy nghiêm, nhưng vẫn còn màu xanh mang đậm tính cách Mỹ. Chúng tôi được tham quan Broslyn brigde, cũng đẹp tuyệt vời với 3 nghịp dây quăng. Song song là các cây cầu bắt qua dòng sông Broslyn cũng dây quăng, vừa cổ vừa chắc. Từ dòng sông nhìn lên thành phô khác cũng có những nơi sạch đẹp cũng có những nơi gớm chưa từng có...
Giống Sài Gòn rồi đây, bán hàng rong giữa đường Broadway
Nữu Ước, đẹp thì có đẹp, nhưng bạn thấy ở sài gòn thế nào thì Nữu ước cũng y chang như vậy vì chúng đều là thành phố kinh tế. Điểm khác biệt duy nhất là Nữu ước hiện đại hơn và có nhiều nhà cao tầng hơn.

New York, ngày đầu tiên...

9h30, bắt đầu xuất phát cuộc hành trình tới New York. Từ Reston, cách thủ phủ bang Virginia 20 miles, chúng tôi chạy dọc theo high-way ở phía bìa rừng. 10h30 Chúng tôi có mặt ở Baltimore, thủ phủ bang Marryland. Baltimore là thành phố lớn nhất bang Maryland, và có một cảng biển lớn nhất nước mỹ. Tất cả hàng hóa chuyển phát nhanh theo đường biển đều xuất phát và đến đây. Hơn thế, tại Baltimore, có một sân bay nội địa gần sát cảng biển. Trung bình một ngày có khoảng hơn trăm chuyến bay, đa số là vận chuyển hàng hóa.



Chúng tôi không thể dừng chân ở Baltimore, nên tiến thẳng về bang New Jersey. Hơn 4 giờ chạy dọc theo con đường xuyên bang, chúng tôi cũng tới tiểu bang New York. Chúng tôi có một trận cười vô cùng thú vị. Đó là sếp cũng chẳng nhớ đường vào thành phố New York, nên phải nhờ tới GPS, giọng cô gái thật nhẹ nhàng và dễ thương, thế nhưng, bạn có tin không, cô ấy chỉ cho chúng tôi chạy vòng vòng hết một vòng sân vận động. Chẳng có đường ra, sếp đành phải tự tìm đường đi.



Sau một hồi chạy vòng vòng, sếp cũng tìm ra Lincol Tunel, đường vào thành phố New York. Thật ra, chúng tôi không vào thằng thành phố mà tham quan khu phố tàu, China Town, thật ấn tương. Nếu bạn đã từng qua quâ5n 5, khu phố tàu, thì bạn cứ nghĩ nó cũng y như vậy. Dơ bẩn, ồn ào, móc túi, ăn xin, ... không khác gì Sài Gòn. Ở Virginia, nếu bạn muốn qua đường thì hãy bấm nút xin tín hiệu qua đường, chừng nào tín hiệu chuyển sang trắng, bạn mới đưỡc phép đi và tất cả các xe đều phải dừng lại trước vạch trắng. Nhưng ở khu phố tàu không ai quan tâm đều đó và bạn phải tự lo liệu.



Tất cả thực phẩm ở China Town, bạn thấy nó ê hề, xấu xí, nếu ở VN bạn sẽ quăng nó vào thùng rác, nhưng họ vẫn bán dọc lề đường với giá cắt cổ. Chúng tôi chọn nhà hàng Việt, Phở Nha Trang để ăn, và đúng là mùi vị New York, thật chẳng ra làm sao. Nhưng đói quá nên ăn gì cũng thấy ngon cả.



Sau đó chúng tôi đi bột dọc theo các con đường nhỏ, để tới quãng trường Time (Time Quare). Thật ấn tượng, mọi người đổ ra đường thật đông đúc và hối hả. Hầu như không có một sự chuyển động nào đang nghỉ, liên tục chuyển động. Xe taxi tràn ngập đường phố New York, và hầu như họ đón khách mọi lúc mọi nơi, không cần vào lề, không cần dừng lại. Khách hàng có thể chạy ra giữa đường và mở cửa Taxi để leo lên.



Sau đó, chúng tôi đi qua các con đường của phố shopping, các thương hiệu nổi tiếng như GAP, Timberland, LV, Adias,... và xem tòa nhà của trùm tỉ phú TRUMP, khách sạn cao tầng của dòng họ nhà Hilton (có con wy Paris Hilton).



Cũng ấn tượng không kém với tòa nhà cao tầng, thiệt là mỏi cổ mỗi khi ngước nhìn. Nhưng phải công nhận rằng ra khỏi khu phố tàu mới thấy New York thật hoàng tráng.



7h, chúng tôi trở về tiểu bang New Jersey, thành phố Atlatic. Dọc đường mưa thật nặng hạt và mãi tới 9h30 chúng tôi mới tới nhà hàng và ăn 1 trận no nê. Về tới khách sạn và làm thủ tục check in. Sửa soạn tắm rửa cũng tới 12, và sau đó là những cuộc vui thật khủng khiếp. Chúng tôi đánh bài ở casino, và có những người thua, thắng...nhưng chung quy rất thú vị và tuyệt vời.
